Dash (she/her)
Freelance Python/JS developer
I build thoughtful backend systems with a strong bias toward quality, clarity, and long-term maintainability. A lot of my favorite work lives where product engineering meets open source, low-level programming, and reverse engineering. I care just as much about good collaboration as good code, and I tend to do my best work in teams that value both.
What I do
- Python and JavaScript product development
- Backend-heavy systems with practical frontend support
- Reverse engineering, tooling, and open-source work
- Maintainability, ownership, and small-team delivery

A few projects
-
TRX
(https://github.com/LostArtefacts/TRX)
An open‑source reimplementation effort spanning the classic Tomb Raider trilogy. It began as a solo decompilation of Tomb Raider I, and evolved through II and III into a full international team effort. The project blends reverse engineering, engine development, bug fixing, and restoration of cut content – driven by a community that refuses to let these old polygons rest, with me leading development and contributing core systems.
-
TRCustoms
(https://trcustoms.org/)
A community portal that hosts custom fan-made levels for the classic Tomb Raider games (there are over 3800 of them at the time of writing this!). Features tagging, a thoughtful review system, custom themes and more. The files are hosted in the cloud.
-
bubblesub
(https://github.com/rr-/bubblesub)
A subtitle editor that features live video preview, audio spectrograms, frame synchronization, playback tempo control with pitch correction, advanced plugin system and more.
